After our initial appointments, I usually ask patients to return for their first follow up appointment in 3-4 weeks to check in on progress, troubleshoot obstacles or adjust treatment plans if necessary. After that, we will discuss an appointment frequency that fits your goals. Usually I see people for follow ups every 1-3 months.

I am able to order bloodwork through a private lab, but patients will be responsible for the cost of testing privately. In Nova Scotia naturopathic doctors are unfortunately unable to order routine blood work that will be covered by MSI. Alternatively, I frequently communicate with patients' primary care providers in order to request or access the relevant blood work.
