Now accepting new patients at Zenith Physio Pilates in Mahone Bay and virtually province-wide
I am passionate about helping women feel supported and confident as they navigate some of life's most significant hormonal transitions. Too often, women are left feeling dismissed, confused, or uncertain about the changes they're experiencing. I believe women deserve healthcare that takes their concerns seriously, provides clear answers when possible, and helps them feel empowered to make decisions that align with their values, goals, and stage of life.
I believe that when women feel well, they are capable of extraordinary things. When women have the energy, confidence, and support they need, they can show up more fully for themselves, their families, their work, and their communities.
Today, my practice focuses on helping women navigate the changes that come with shifting hormones across all stages of life. I support women through hormonal transitions, from cycle concerns and fertility, to pregnancy and postpartum, through perimenopause, menopause, and beyond.
Many of the women I work with are looking for answers. They may be struggling with PMS, irregular, heavy or painful periods, PMOS (formerly PCOS), fertility challenges, postpartum concerns, sleep disruption, hot flashes, night sweats, fatigue, weight gain or mood changes. Often, they simply don't feel like themselves and want to understand why.
For women navigating perimenopause, that may mean changes in sleep, energy, mood, stress tolerance, concentration, or menstrual cycles that suddenly seem less predictable. Many have been told their symptoms are simply part of getting older, or the result of being busy, stressed, or juggling too much, but they know that something has shifted.
Women in this stage of life often tell me that the things that used to work for them just aren't working anymore.
My approach is grounded in both clinical experience and scientific evidence. As a Naturopathic Doctor and PhD-trained researcher, I am committed to helping patients make informed decisions based on the best available evidence, while recognizing that every woman's experience, values, and goals are unique. Together, we'll explore the factors contributing to your symptoms and create a personalized, evidence-informed plan that fits your life. I want you to leave our visits feeling heard, informed, and confident in your next steps.
I take the time to understand your complete health picture and help you focus on the changes most likely to make a meaningful difference. Rather than adding more to your already full plate, I strive to provide clear recommendations that are practical, sustainable, and grounded in current evidence.
I am a professional member in good standing with the Nova Scotia Association of Naturopathic Doctors (NSAND), the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors (CAND) and the Nova Scotia Chiropractic and Naturopathic Regulator (NSCNR).

You don't have to navigate this alone. If you're ready to better understand what's happening in your body and take the next step toward feeling your best, I'd be honoured to support you.
