Now accepting new patients in-person on the South Shore and virtually province-wide

You deserve time to ask questions.
You deserve to understand your options.
You deserve recommendations that fit real life.
Information is more accessible than ever, but knowing what applies to you is often the hardest part. My role is to help you understand what may be happening, decide what deserves your attention, and build a plan that feels both meaningful and manageable.
1. Discover
We begin by understanding what brought you here and where you would like your health to be a year from now. Your initial visit gives us time to explore your current concerns, health history, treatments you have tried, and the realities of your everyday life. Together, we’ll identify what matters most and what you hope will change. Following your initial appointment, you’ll receive your Naturopathic Care Plan outlining our treatment goals and your first steps. Your plan may include nutrition and lifestyle strategies, supplements, further testing or referrals.
As we continue to work together, we’ll connect the dots between your symptoms, health history and daily life. We’ll review relevant bloodwork and other health information, consider what may be contributing, and decide whether anything deserves further investigation. This may include additional testing when appropriate or identifying questions to bring to your family doctor or another healthcare provider.
As you begin putting your plan into practice, we’ll learn which strategies are most useful, realistic and sustainable for you. Together, we’ll update your Naturopathic Care Plan based on what you are noticing, any new information, and your evolving priorities.
Rather than trying to change everything at once, we’ll continue to identify the most useful next steps. You’ll understand what I’m recommending, why it may help, and how it connects to the goals we identified together.
As you make progress, our focus shifts toward maintaining what is working, responding to changes, and supporting your longer-term health goals. Appointments generally become less frequent as you feel more confident managing your health.
Many patients eventually reach a maintenance stage where they check in once or twice a year to discuss changes, new concerns, and what they would like to focus on next.
You are the expert on your experience.
My role is to provide guidance, education, and support so that you can make informed decisions about your health with confidence.
Focusing on the changes that are likely to have the biggest impact, rather than trying to do everything at once.
Recommendations are grounded in current evidence, considered alongside your health history, preferences and stage of life.
Your symptoms, goals, medical history, and lifestyle all matter when creating a plan.
Your first step is an initial naturopathic visit. We’ll take the time to discuss your concerns, review the relevant parts of your health history, and determine the most useful next steps.
